Bonds For Dummies

Does Bonds re-signing with the Giants vindicate him?
Maybe Bonds did cheat (although there’s no proof, but there is evidence to support both sides). Maybe he is simply a stupid human being for sticking around. But would the Giants have agreed to re-sign him without KNOWING the truth about Bonds?
The Giants front office cannot possibly be completely full of dummies. They had to know that if Bonds is ever proven to be a cheater, and he breaks the home run record in their uniform, it will be a major PR blow to the franchise.
So, shouldn’t the fact that the Giants agreed to sign him again tell us all that Bonds is legit, and his numbers are legit?
Game of Shadows has been discredited…the authors went to jail because they refused to reveal their sources. Usually when journalists do that it’s because they made up big chunks of it.
To mr danger: The difference between this and Watergate is, Watergate was later proven to have happened. With Bonds, we have no proof, at least not yet.
theres no proof. barry is vindicated. if he was a fan fav everybody would say innocent until proven guilty. all the hypocrite fans r going to remember the night he breaks the homer record because they r going to be watching. they r gonna tell their granchildren about it. the giants r going to make so much money next year. great business move and great for baseball.
